The Wooden Toy Tops are beautifully handcrafted wood art created using fine wood working skills. This set of three Palm Tops are hand turned from Beech and Maple from the Adirondack Region. These tops are held between the hands as if praying. As one hand is moved forward and the other backward, the top is set to spinning. These tops will spin for a considerable time. Each top is decorated with a spirographic pattern called chatterwork and then colored to highlight the chatterwork pattern. Each has a look as if from days long ago. These tops are working toys, but can be used as a conversation grouping for home or office.
