Judy, as third generation caretaker's daughter, enjoyed cooking for the fisherman, hunters, and their families who stayed on the property that we took care of. Before leaving they would always ask for the recipes that she used. These recipes are in this cookbook "Reflections and Confections of the Adirondacks." This fourth edition is expanded with more recipes, Adirondack sketches, and short stories that Judy has written. Her stories describe the people, and the quirks and advantages of living in the Adirondacks. Some of the short story titles are "Gramma's Ironing Board," "Strawberries," "Green Apples and Memories," and "Fishin' Season."
