Adirondack Specialty Foods

Adirondack Orchard Jams and Thank the Trees Apple Butters are created using the fruit and cider of McIntosh apples grown in the Champlain Valley of New York State. Adirondack Specialty Foods, now owned by Wayne Rabideau of Keeseville, was started as a home-based business by Don and Vivian Papson in 1990. McIntosh apples give a wonderful Adirondack North Country taste to these high quality products. Gift crates are available featuring apple butters and jams, or a combination of an apple butter or jam with a homemade beeswax candle.
